Nelze připojit videozařízení k Pinnacle

Zdravím, moje nová kamera Canon MV 890 se po připojení k PC normálně ukáže ve správě PC jako ovladač "Canon DV camcorder".
V Pinnacle Studiu 10 ji nastavím jako zdroj a po kliknutí na nahrávání se objeví hlášení "Nelze připojit Studio k videozařízení".
Vyzkoušel jsem ovladač odinstalovat a kameru znovu připojit. Ovladač se ve Správci ukáže znovu, ale Studio stejně kameru nenajde.
Na PC doma mi vše funguje normálně.
Neuměl by mi pls někdo poradit, co s tím?

Možná se hloupě zeptám, ale... připojujete kameru přes USB nebo Fire wire. Jestli jsem se dobře mrknul, tak kamera je miniDV tzn., že video do PC lze exportovat pouze přes FireWire (jinak taky IEEE139, nebo DV-link apod.).

Tak to je hodně zajímavé. Ale že občas člověku život zpestří ta výpočetní technika. Předpokládám, že Tě to muselo za tu dobu dohánět k šílenství.

Dear Experts,

I am facing an unpleasant problem with the Pinnacle 10 Plus running on Acer TravelMate 4272WLMi, Windows XPHome, Intel Core Duo 1.66 GHz, 120GB HDD, 1G Memory – Pinnacle Program tested all that as well suitable. No other program is running when Pinnacle is in an action.

Some still images are devaluated by having blinking texture-like appearance caused by dark or light dots and short lines, always present in a single frame only. This may disappear by repeated loading the image, or by its editing using effects. Often, however, this defect returns after a short time in the same or another frame. This phenomena practically never appears in animated videoclips. This defect also appears when a transition is applied between still images or titles. In this case, however, it disappers immediately after deleating the transition. This raster-like defect is always positioned in a single frame only. Unfortunately, I did not found any possibility (if it exists at all) how to delete this single frame. Perhaps this defect is that one refered in the Appendix C – troubleshootings, of your User Manual. If it is so, then unfortunately it did not help me neither a disk defragmentation nor an external HD. There is about 50 GB of a free defragmentated space on HD. Sometimes I was successful with importing an AVI version of the incriminated clips, but it does not work in the case of corrupted transitions.

Thus after all - I am able to make a good film, but unfortunately without transitions. Can you give me any advice, please.
